About Dina
I am an experienced Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and owner of a Telehealth private practice serving clients in Virginia & North Carolina. I believe that all people possess the inner strength and resources to heal themselves, and I guide my clients through this work with collaborative therapeutic modalities.
Our emotions can be complicated and may feel confusing or even overwhelming when trying to tackle them alone. I create a safe, non-judgmental, trusting environment for you to examine the feelings you tend to hide away from others (and often even from yourself). Together, we can explore and learn from the conflicts that keep you stuck in order to create lasting, positive change in your life.
I welcome clients from all sexual, gender, cultural, and spiritual orientations.
"We don't have to do all of it alone.
We were never meant to."
